Who Are We?
The Little Oven That Could is a home-based micro-bakery helping busy families near Hamilton County, Indiana who want high-quality, fresh-milled baked goods that are both delicious and nourishing.
Why Fresh-Milled Baked Goods?
Fresh-milled flour is made by grinding whole wheat berries just before baking, preserving the bran, germ, and endosperm for maximum flavor and nutrition.
Because the entire grain is used immediately, it naturally contains more fiber, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and antioxidants than store-bought flour.
The result is baked goods with a richer, fresher flavor and a wholesome goodness you can taste in every bite.
Our Baked Goods
We've carefully selected a menu of wholesome, fresh-milled baked goods to serve you from breakfast through dessert.
Whether you're starting your morning with a hearty muffin, sharing a loaf of fresh bread with dinner, or ending the day with a sweet treat, every item is handcrafted in small batches using high-quality ingredients.
